Online Training

• 100% Online Training – Learn when and where you want 24/7 for 30 days (ServSafe Manager)

• 100% Online Training – Learn when and where you want 24/7 for 90 days (ServSafe Alcohol)

• 8 Hours of training that covers everything you will need to know for the certification exam

Online Exam & Pearson Vue Testing Center

• Food Manager ANSI approved national examinations:

  • ServSafe – Proctored, Face-to-Face – MOST POPULAR

• Proctoring Included

• Language: English, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese (i.e. instructor version not available)

• Passing grade is 75% minimum (ServSafe Manager)

• Passing grade is 80% minimum (ServSafe Alcohol)

• 2-hour time limit

• Immediate Results (Pass or Fail)

• Certification Valid for 5 years

• Exam administration, processing and a digital certificate upon successful completion of the exam (3 days after passing Certification)

• Exam must be taken within one (1) month of purchase (ServSafe Manager)

• Exam must be taken within one (1) month of Registering (ServSafe Alcohol)

• All exams must be monitored by a proctor

• In- Person class must be scheduled (minimum of 4 students)
